This project is at the heart of the Iskandar Development Region, in Southern Johore and represents a huge government effort to develop a new and dynamic city to provide industrial, residential and governmental integrated components that can compete with and compliments similar developments in Singapore. The IDR can provide mutually beneficial hinterland, infrastructure and tourism support for Singapore's rapid development into the 21^st century and beyond, while closely supporting Johore's long term development plans as a key component. The project will have 3 basic marina sites for public, private and megayacht facilities which will provide a focus for the luxury residential components of the project whilst providing the international lifestyle background for the seat of the State Government which is located in proximity to the public marina and boardwalk area

The Company’s principle responsibilities are:-

¡	Site assessment and feasibility.
¡	Conceptual and final design of the 3 marina locations with a differing brief for each location, including all related facilities.
¡	Provide Tender Specifications and assistance to the QS for compiling of Tender Documents, review of contractors, review and assessment of the Tender Returns and recommendations to the developer regarding Award.
¡	Provision of Project Management of services as Supervising Officer for the supervision of the installation and logistics at site.
¡	Location, recommendation and outline design of all related services at site such as haul out and repair facility, stacking building, watersports centre, clubhouse, retail outlets, boardwalk interface.
¡	Assistance and support to the management during construction and initial opening process including event organization and planning.
¡	Input to the marketing and sales department through our deep knowledge of the international and regional marine leisure industry.
