| ˇ | To establish at the site, which consists of the creation of a 4 square kilometer harbour, a separate watersports centre for a separate membership to utilize, including training, and event facilities for the National teams for dinghy sailing, rowing, skiing and canoeing, with the close co-operation of the National Watersports Centre at Nottingham in the U.K. |
